Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Morrow Soft Goods; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your linens and place them in the original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
